If you have constipation

Did you know that you can treat constipation by pressing certain poits on the arms and legs? Thousands of years ago the Chinese learned that pressing certain points on the skin one could induce favorable effects somewhere else in the body. That is acupressure.

Here is what to do to ease your constipation:

1. Bend your elbow. Press with your thumb at the end of the elbow crease on the outside of your forearm on the point Large Intestine 11.

2. Press with your thumb in the web between the thumb and the forefinger on the back on your hand. This point is Large Intestine 4. Press toward the bone that connects with your index finger.

3. Sit on a chair and place your right heel on your left leg. Rub with your heel up and down along the outside of the shinbone. When rubbing the area, you stimulate the Stomach meridian and several important digestion points.

Press these points several times a day, drink enough water, and walk lot. If you are badly constipated, begin your morning by drinking one glass of warm prune juice. And eat several slices of pineapple daily, its high fiber content makes it useful in constipation.

You can also add a handful of coarse salt to the bathwater, lie down in the tub with your knees up, and rub your stomach thoroughly with your fist clockwise around the belly button.

    Acupressure can cure constipation. I heard about Acupressure number of times but does not know that how much useful is that. It is much better and easy way to treat constipation. It has also another benefit that it doesn't have any side effect on the body similarly like natural home remedies as shared in below website.
